I have been thinking of creating my own space in the blog world for quite some time now (actually for some months now). Today, I finally did it. But then, I didn't know what to post. Instead of waiting for months to start posting, I decided to post a big 'Thank You' to all the wonderful people who have joined me in my long journey of 26 years and some of whom who are still with me.
First of all, a big 'Thank You' to the Almighty who has taken care of me all these years. I don't have a single complaint against Him and I am sure He will take care of me in the future also. And then, my parents who brought me into this beautiful world and who have been with me no matter what.
My father's transfer took me to every corner of Tamil Nadu (Pudukottai, Trichy, Nagercoil, Madurai, Tenkasi and Chennai) and with it came frequent changes of schools. I have never studied in a single school for more than 3 years. So a big 'Thank You' to all my schoolmates who made me comfortable wherever I went. My only regret is that I am not in touch even with a single one of them.
When you enter a college, the last thing on your mind is studies. You just want to have some fun. And I had some wonderful classmates at Anna University who gave me the right mix of fun and studies. A big 'Thank You' to all my classmates who wrote in my autograph book that 'it's great to have a friend like you'. I miss you all guys and gals.
My ex-colleagues at Satyam were just too good to me. I wouldn't have learnt so many things if it had not been for them. A big 'Thank You' to every one of them. And my colleagues just got better when I joined SAP Labs India. They are a joy to work with.
Finally, I went to Germany in Jan-Feb 2005 and that was my first trip outside India. I met some really wonderful people there and I never felt lonely even for a single second. The trip to Germany-France was unforgettable. Thank you guys for making it special.
I wish I could name each of the people I mentioned above. But it will be too long a list. I just hope that most of the people continue to be with me as I continue my journey in life. And you will be there too. Welcome to my blog spot ;-)
